How long is registration open?

Registration ends on Feb 11th, 11:59pm CDT.

Will everyone who registers receive an invitation to attend?

No, after you register, you will receive an invitation via email from lataaruf@tncnorthamerica.org. Please pay online from the "My Account" section only after you receive an invitation. Please DO NOT finalize any travel arrangements until you receive an invitation.

I have not received an acceptance email yet. What does that mean?

Please check your email, including SPAM for an email from  lataaruf@tncnorthamerica.org to make sure you are not missing any emails.

Regretfully, we will not be able to accept all registrants. There is a hard cap on the number of attendees based on the raza for the event. We have far more registrations than slots available, and the committee has the difficult choice of selecting dikra and dikri in a distribution that maximizes potential matches. When one of the invitees back out, we will extend an offer to the next dikra or dikri in queue.

How do I make the Zelle® payment if I am not in the US?

Please email us for further insturctions.

What time shall I plan to arrive and leave?

The event starts at 5pm on Friday April 26th, and ends at 9:00pm Sunday April 28th.
If you are flying in, please allow enough travel time between airport and the masjid.

You must arrive on time and stay the entire duration of the program.  To maintain integrity of the event, no candidates are permitted to arrive late or leave early.  Please keep this in mind prior to committing to this event.

Do I need to rent a car?

No. All transportation is provided, including from the airport. You will not have any opportunity to make use of having your own car.

Can I arrange my own accommodation?

No. Our policy is that all out of town attendees stay at assigned accommodation. All candidates will be given accommodation in the homes of mumineen. For special requests, please email us at lataaruf@tncnorthamerica.org. We will do our best to make you as comfortable as possible.
